I can honestly say there is probably no sitebuilder which is easier than Wix. There are multiple tutorials out there which demonstrate a parent teaching how to use Wix to their kid.

Since Wix is so easy to use, you’ll probably don’t need any support. That beind said, they have an extensive help center as well as a great support chat. You’ll have no problems here!
