👋 My Experience With Recruitment Web Design
Hi – it’s Ralph here 👋 In the past 10 years, I’ve designed 20+ websites for recruitment companies. What I learned over the years building websites for Recruitment companies:
1. Make it easy for job seekers and employers to find what fits them
In my experience as a web designer, I realized that they should be able to filter their feed about jobs they want to apply for. On the other hand, employers should be able to post job openings easily.
2. Clear Calls-to-Action (CTAs)
I encourage you to employ simple and persuasive CTAs that encourage users to act such as applying for a position or job openings, signing up for job alerts, or contacting your team.
3. Profile creation
Job seekers should be able to create a profile and put their achievements, skills, and experiences. It helps companies have readily available information about their applicants. Employers can easily examine if they are the right person for the job before proceeding with the next process.
Focus on this, and you’ll be fine.
PS: I suggest taking a look at the website examples below. Get inspired by their designs and see which website builders they’ve used. Best of luck!
