👋 My Experience With Bakery Web Design
Hi – it’s Ralph here 👋 In the past 10 years, I’ve designed 7+ websites for bakeries. What I learned over the years building websites for bakeries:
1. Visual appeal
Feature images and videos of your delicious and mouthwatering baked goods. I suggest using professional photography to make the photos more appealing. Maintaining a pleasant color scheme that also reflects your brand will help your website give off a warm, welcoming vibe that matters in attracting potential clients.
2. Tell your visitors your story
I suggest mentioning the background of your bakery, its history, and any cherished family traditions. Clearly tell your visitors what sets you apart which can be a secret recipe or any organic ingredient.
3. Feature social proof and testimonials
I highly encourage you to include feedback and reviews from past customers as social proof builds trust. Highlight positive feedback and any awards you might have received.
Focus on this, and you’ll be fine.
PS: I suggest taking a look at the website examples below. Get inspired by their designs and see which website builders they’ve used. Best of luck!
